Job Summary:

HR Driver/Baler Operator: Operate HR truck, assist with waste sorting & manual labour, maintain site safety & comply with regulations.

WorkPac is seeking a HR Driver/ Baler Operator in Echuca working in waste management. Our client provides bespoke environmental solutions to some of the regions largest industries across water and wastewater management, resource recovery, waste management solutions, and energy services.

What You Will Be Doing:
– Operating an HR truck onsite within the facility
– Assisting with baler operations and general waste sorting
– Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
– Following all site safety procedures and directions
– Supporting general labouring tasks across the facility as needed

What Will You Need:
– Current HR licence
– Ability and willingness to perform waste sorting and manual labour
– Must pass a pre-employment medical and D/A screen
– Must pass a police check
– Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
