We’re looking for a Waste Dispatcher who thrives in a busy control room and knows how to keep trucks rolling and customers happy.
About the Role
Allocate and manage waste truck routes
Communicate with drivers via radio/phone
Respond to breakdowns, delays, and last-minute changes
Liaise with customers and site supervisors
Monitor safety, compliance, and productivity
Keep accurate records and update systems in real time
About You
Experience in dispatch, logistics, transport, or waste industry (highly regarded)
Calm under pressure – you think fast and act faster
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Confident using dispatch systems, GPS, or scheduling software
Safety-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Truck or waste industry knowledge = a big plus

Location
Based locally in Nudgee. Must have reliable transport to get to work.
$42.50 Per Hour + Overtime + Superannuation
Monday to Friday role starting at 3am and finish time around 11am with some flexibility required.
