Part-time Ramp & Baggage Agents assist with aircraft movement, baggage handling, and customer service at Adelaide Airport, offering on-the-job training and career progression opportunities.

We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our Adelaide Operations team based in Adelaide Airport.
We are currently recruiting for permanent part time (minimum 24 hours per week) and casual employment. dnata is proud to offer on the job training and upskilling. This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Key responsibilities for a Ramp & Baggage agent include:
– Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment such as aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, and belt loaders.
– Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft.
– Assist with safe and timely aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse push-back tractors both conventional and tow-bar-less types.
– Handle a range of duties.
– Manage baggage.
– Ability to lift 32 kgs.
– 7-day rotating roster.

Working for dnata at the airport requires:
– Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Australian permanent residency or an Australian working visa.
– Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical test.
– Willingness to undergo an Australian Federal Police security check.
– A valid driver’s licence where required.
– Basic to intermediate computer skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– High level of customer service skills.
– Availability to work on a rotating roster.
