Ventura’s bus drivers provide an essential service by keeping our community moving and connected. With no day the same as the last, drivers deliver a range of services including public and school routes, rail replacement, charter and special events.

We currently have multiple full-time positions for bus drivers at our Knoxfield Depot. We are searching for people who enjoy driving and want to service their community while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.
Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which includes weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.

What we are looking for in our drivers
– A current Victorian Medium Rigid or above driver’s licence
– Heavy vehicle driving experience
– Customer-focused individuals with a desire to provide assistance when required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Safe driving record
– High regard for safety, road rules and regulations
– Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver Accreditation (DC) and a Working With Children Card (WWCC)
