WOMEN RETURNING TO WORK & JOB SEEKERS – NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Our upcoming Car2Bus program in Yatala is commencing 8 June and we are currently seeking participants and referrals.
This program supports people into stable, rewarding careers within the transport and logistics industry, starting from a standard car licence and progressing into professional driving opportunities.
We are particularly looking to support:
– Women returning to the workforce
– Job seekers looking for a fresh start
– Disadvantaged Australians
– First Nations participants
– Anyone looking for long-term employment opportunities
Participants will receive:
– Certificate III in Driving Operations
– Medium Rigid (MR) licence
– Virtual reality driver safety training
– Work readiness and employability skills
– Practical support including meals, travel subsidies and uniforms
– Ongoing mentoring and post-program support
Career pathways include:
– Bus driver
– Truck driver
– Delivery driver
– Freight and delivery
Eligibility requirements apply, including holding an open C class licence for at least 12 months (unbroken for 5 years).
