CASUAL JOB – NORTH OF RIVER PERTH
$32ph + super + fuel allowance
Love dogs. Hate micromanagers. Want a chill solo job where you listen to music, pat dogs and get left alone.
We’re hiring for 1 consistent day per week servicing dog poo pickup clients between Two Rocks and Wanneroo. Current run is Tuesdays, but this can potentially change to a different day for the right person.
To start:
– Around 20 houses
– Most people finish in 5–6 hours
– Still paid the full 8 hours ($256) + fuel
As we grow:
– Routes increase toward 25–30 houses
– Full 8-hour days become standard
What you’ll do:
– Drive between houses using your own car
– Scoop dog poo using long-handled tools
– Work independently with zero micromanaging
We’re looking for someone who:
– Is VERY reliable and rarely if ever calls in sick
– Is comfortable around all dog breeds and sizes
– Wants long-term work (12+ months preferred)
– Has their own reliable car and licence
– MUST BE PERTH BASED; we are not interested in backpackers looking for a few months of work
We’re a small family business with no backup staff and a baby due in three months, so last-minute sick days really impact us. Client pickups must be completed on their scheduled day, so reliability is essential.
Extra half day or second day likely available as we grow.
