– General freight
– Container work
– Local and regional deliveries
– Interstate runs
– Day shift and night shift
– Casual weekend work
About the Role
As an HC or MC Truck Driver your responsibilities will include:
– Safely operating heavy vehicles and trailers
– Completing pickups and deliveries on schedule
– Loading and unloading freight safely
– Following load restraint and NHVAS compliance procedures
– Conducting daily vehicle inspections
– Completing logbooks and delivery paperwork accurately
– Working closely with the transport team and dispatch staff
This role is ideal for professional drivers who take pride in safety, presentation and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
– Current HC or MC Licence
– Clean driving history
– Experience in general freight and or container transport preferred
– MSIC card preferred and required for some roles
– Bluescope Passport highly regarded
– Knowledge of load restraint systems and fatigue management
– Experience using onboard tablet systems advantageous
– Strong commitment to safety and compliance
