Freestone’s Transport ( Linehaul Driver )

Freestone’s Transport is a family owned 35 year old dock to dock parcel freight linehaul company that operates throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia.  We are offering an exciting opportunity for experienced linehaul driver to join our team:

·         24/7 Operations team

·         Dock to Dock operations that may include changeovers

·         Modern fleet that includes Western Star, Kenworth, CAT and Peterbilt

·         Excellent maintenance procedures

·         Scheduled routes and departure times

·         One truck, one driver (full-time employees)

·         NHVAS (BFM and Maintenance) and Quality Assured

·         Canberra Melbourne linehaul route

·         Excellent wages and conditions

·        Uniforms provided

To be successful for this role:

• At least 3 years linehaul experience
• Must have forklift licence
• Uniforms provided
• Excellent attitude and presentation
• Seeking permanent work & stability
• Good reliability & attendance
•  Clear communicator
•  Clean driver history (must supply driver history report)
• Prepared to undergo a medical to ensure you are fit to drive a heavy vehicle
• BFM accredited (desired or will be provided)
• Must supply safety boots
