Job Summary:

A rare opportunity for HC/MC Drivers with a bulk DG license and MSIC required to join our Operations team at Truganina.

HC Drivers – Truganina

K & S Freighters, a Truck Safe accredited Company have been providing transport, logistics and warehousing support to Australian Industry for more than 70 years.

We currently have a multiple opportunities available for experienced and professional Heavy Combination Drivers to join our Truganina depot on a full time basis, commencing immediately.

To be successful for this position you must meet the below criteria;

Competency requirements:

Available for Day/Night Shift and overtime as it/if it becomes available
Have a valid HC/ MC licence
Have a bulk DG licence
Must have current and valid MSIC
Can provide a safe driving history and infringement report, no older than 3 months
Skills and Experience

Previous on road experience operating a HC/ MC truck
Prior experience in general freight preferably DG industry experience,
Dangerous Goods Licence
Knowledge of the local road network
Must be able to pass a Drivers Commercial Medical
Additional Criteria

Driver able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
Ability to operate in a professional and safe manner.
Must follow company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
Professional presentation and meticulous about fleet presentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
