ATLAS located in Western Suburbs and services all of Metro Melbourne is looking for motivated, reliable, punctual, hard working individuals with road ranger experience to join our very close-knit team.
The truck driver position is primarily responsible for the delivery and removal of hook lift and morrel lift bins from our transfer station, commercial and residential sites across Melbourne.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and removing bins from commercial and residential sites across Melbourne
- Securing loads to ensure safe transportation
- Tipping off bins at our designated disposal sites
- Completing daily run sheets and start-up check lists
- Assisting with truck maintenance
- Liaising with customers on site
- Any other tasks as directed by management
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- A current HR/MR Victorian truck license (HR preferable)
- Strong work ethic
- Own a reliable vehicle
To be a successful, you must have great knowledge of the Melbourne CBD and surrounds, previous HR road ranger driving experience and an ability to use your initiative and judgement in problem solving situations.
It would also be advantageous if you have past experience in operating hook & morrel lifts.
Job Type and Category
You will be required to work approximately 40-50 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
