This position will see you carrying out multiple deliveries per day throughout Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas, loading and unloading on site using a forklift.
Job Summary
This position will see you carrying out multiple deliveries per day throughout Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas, loading and unloading on site using a forklift. You will be transporting building materials including roof tiles, battens, scaffolding, pavers, bricks and playgrounds. You will need good personal presentation and a professional manner with demonstrated sound customer service skills. You will be driving a Western Star Semi with Eaton Gear Box
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Forklift License
- White Card
- Vic Roads Printout
- Good time management skills
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow WHS requirements at all times
- Current work references that can verify driving history and employment
- A good level of fitness as this is a physically demanding job
- Must be able to pass a drug test
