Store / Delivery Person ( S.A Trailer & Chassis Equipment )

About the job

We are seeking a Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our small but busy team. The expectations of this role will vary depending on work requirements at the time, will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring goods received are correct and then packing goods away
• Ensuring outwards orders are packed to acceptable standards and organising freight
• Truck Deliveries
• Monitoring the stock levels and reporting to Purchasing Department regularly & warehousing maintenance (i.e. stock control)
• Servicing customers
• Assisting with managing the stock in the store efficiently
• 5 days a week position, no weekend work

About YOU

• Mechanically Minded
• Must hold a current Driver licence & have their own a transportation
• Must hold a current forklift licence (High Risk)
• Must hold a current LR/MR truck licence
• Preferably with experience in the trailer and auto parts industry
• Good knowledge of OHS
• Good knowledge of Warehousing and stock control associated procedures
• Excellent organisational skill and good working habits
• High level of customer service & communication skills
• Energetic 'can do' attitude
• Excellent physical fitness

This is a full time, permanent position for a suitable applicant.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 /hour

Licence:

• LR/MR Truck (Preferred)
• Australian manual transmission driver's (Preferred)
• Australian driver's (Preferred)
