Some duties are: Making sure your load is completely restrained and safe to leave with a load restraint checklist every morning.
Vehicle checks to ensure the truck is in good condition to be out on the road.
Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient.
Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times
The use of equipment such as Hand Straps and Chains to secure the load safely.
Ensure accurate and timely pickups and deliveries by memorizing routes and maintaining your break times to keep healthy fatigue management.
