The Position
providing support to our Sales & operations team and your desired duties are as follows:
· Online marketing on a daily basis and bringing traffic and conversion
· Confirm orders with customers
· Order stock from suppliers for customer orders for third party products.
· Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
· Keep track of all open orders by checking on stock levels delivery dates and payment
· Confirm details on orders are correct with the customer and sales representatives such as a delivery address, site contact, products and quantities.
· Enter orders into systems
· Arrange returns of goods if needed
· Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
· Maintain professional contact with internal and external customers.
· Handling warranty & closing the warranty tickets
· Follow security procedures
· General Asset Management including trading stocktake and real estate, vehicle condition auditing
To be successful you will have previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience and
• Great plains experience desired but not necessary
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Flexible availability across 7-day trading
• The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
Job Types: Contract, Subcontract
Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
