Bulk Tipper Driver – Toowoomba
Join a global market leading supply chain business with a proud history of over 70 years. We are currently seeking experienced MC Drivers – A Doubles based at our site in Toowoomba. If you are a self-motivated worker and a responsible, safe driver, we are keen to hear from you.

The Position:
– Grain Tipper experience essential
– Complete delivery paperwork accurately and timely
– Availability to work weekends

Experience/Qualifications:
– Valid MC Licence
– Demonstrated ability to deliver quality customer service
– Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
– Strong time management skills
– Ability to pass a driving assessment
– Clean driving record
– A strong commitment to safety

Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic
If you are a hard-working diesel mechanic looking to join a supportive team within a family run business, CHS Broadbent are seeking a qualified diesel mechanic to fill a full-time position, and work across our modern fleet of Kenworth and Mack trucks, as well as earthmoving and agricultural machinery.
This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment and an attractive salary in a safety-driven environment. Based in our Ballarat workshop you’ll be working with experienced heavy vehicle diesel mechanics with an abundance of knowledge to share. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
– Ensuring that all vehicles, trailers, plant and equipment are serviced and maintained within required timeframes
– Provide leadership and guidance to apprentices with respect to all aspects of the workshop and look for opportunities to provide further on the job training
– Diagnostic and preventative maintenance
– Attend to breakdowns where required
– Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including workplace health and safety
– Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up to date

The successful candidate will have:
– Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs and uses
– Ability to anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement
– Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
– Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (third or fourth year apprentice applications are also welcomed)

MC Truck Drivers (Containers)
CHS Broadbent is seeking experienced MC drivers for the cartage of export containers to export terminals. If you are a self-motivated worker and a responsible, safe driver, we are keen to hear from you.

Requirements:
– Valid MC Licence
– Current MSIC card
– Experience delivering to export terminals and empty container parks
– Forklift Licence
– Attention to detail in completion of paperwork
– Strong safety focus
– Good communications skills
– Flexibility to work nightshift and weekends when required

Tyre Fitter
CHS Broadbent require a dynamic employee for our tyre fitting requirements which include:
– Fitting truck, machinery and passenger vehicle tyres
– Ability to diagnose tyre wear and damage
– Puncture repairs
– Carry out general workshop duties
– May also include vehicle detailing
– Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
