At Emerald Coaches, safety is at the heart of everything we do and Bus Aides play a vital role in supporting drivers and caring for passengers, particularly school students and those with additional needs
Casual position 10–14 hrs per week

$35.46/hr
Key responsibilities include
– Supporting passenger safety and wellbeing at all times
– Assisting with seating, seatbelts, and mobility aids
– Monitoring behaviour and maintaining a respectful environment
– Communicating with the driver and responding to any concerns
– Assisting in emergency situations if required
– Helping keep the bus clean and presentable
About you
You are calm, reliable, and enjoy working with people especially children. You take pride in helping others and contributing to a safe and positive experience for everyone on board
What you’ll need
– Blue Card or Driver Authorisation
– Ability to pass a police check and medical
– A caring, patient, and safety-focused attitude
– Experience in a similar role highly regarded but not essential
