We’re looking for capable, caring individuals to join our WA transport team as Community Transport Officers, based out of Canning Vale, Mandurah (Peel Health) or Midland. In this role you’ll deliver safe, clinically competent transport services to patients – playing a vital part in their care journey.
You’ll be supported and trained in NPT’s systems and protocols, and part of a team that genuinely lives its HEART values.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Transport Officer (CTO), you’ll:
– Transport ambulant or wheelchair-bound patients to and from medical appointments
– Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on safety and customer service
– Drive patient vehicles safely in compliance with WA road laws
– Follow NPT policies, procedures and documentation standards
– Align with NPT HEART values (High Standards, Efficiency, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork)
We’re looking for calm, compassionate and competent people who work well under pressure and are wired to help others in the healthcare industry.
You’ll need:
– Holds or is willing to obtain (via our support) required HLTAID011 Provide First Aid & CPR (minimum requirement)
– Recent experience in healthcare, aged care, or transport highly regarded
– Full driver licence, police clearance and meets compliance requirements
– Ability to work across a variety of shifts, including some weekends
