We need someone who has a keen eye for detail, is dedicated to customer service and can consistently meet deadlines. Does this describe you? Read on.
This position would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for teamwork and attention to detail, who is interested in joining a quality driven organisation in the waste industry.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Answering phone calls, general enquires and emails; including but not limited to customer complaints, collection related questions and service enquires;
- Assisting in updating and maintaining the branch’s registers;
- liaising with customers client and stakeholders
- Reviewing customers agreements
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships;
- Assistance the wider Brisbane C&I with general enquires
- assisting with the maintenance of internal house accounts
- Assistance with data entry in Salesforce;
- Assist with accounts enquires, payments collection at times when required;
- Ad-hoc duties may include the collection of data for fleet management purposes e.g. weight/axle scales and collections missed.
The right person will have:
- Preferred logistic sales background;
- Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to liaise with varied stakeholders in a large complex organisation;
- Highly focused, reliable and effective deadline management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Ability to be flexible and handle tasks according to priorities;
- Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate 100% accuracy in record keeping; and
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude to handling disputes, general enquires and concerns.
