Delivery Driver / Revegetation Operator ( Vital Chemical )

A full time Delivery Driver / Revegetation Operator to complete customer deliveries and turnkey applications.

This exciting and unique opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and professional Delivery Driver / Revegetation Operator to join Vital Chemical's innovative team. 

This full-time Delivery Driver / Revegetation Operator role involves supporting Vital Chemical Product Applicators and Delivery Drivers in various capacities depending on workload.   On the job training in the use of specific application equipment will be provided to the successful applicant.  However ideally, you would have work history in a similar role or have worked within our industries with an understanding of business practices. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product deliveries to customers in and around the South East Queensland and NSW; 
• Completing customer turnkey applications using equipment including water carts, application trailers and hydromulchers;
• Assisting with pre-application site inspections;
• Assisting with daily cleaning of equipment and trucks; 
• Loading and unloading of goods using a forklift;
• Good inwards and dispatch;
• Adhere to WHS Policies and Procedures including completion of Vehicle Checklists, SWMS, Hazard Reports etc;
• Complete all delivery paperwork and checklists.

Skills and experience

Applicants MUST have:

• Manual drivers' licence
• License to operate a Heavy Rigid (HR) Vehicle
• TLILIC3013A – Transport of Dangerous Goods (DG)
• White Card – Construction

Applicants would benefit by having the following; 

• TLILIC2001A – License to operate a forklift truck
• Current first aid certificate
• Working at Heights certificate
