We are looking for an experienced and reliable machine/plant operator for the vegetation management section of our Company.
ArborCare Queensland is a family owned & operated Company specialising in Environmental, Arboricultural and Vegetation Management across the Sunshine Coast area for over twenty six years.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable machine/plant operator for the vegetation management section of our Company. You will be reporting to the Manager and preference will be given to candidates with experience to apply industry best practice in conservation earthworks and natural area management and can display the following attributes:
Excellent operating skills
Must have experience and be competent in detailed excavation in landscaping works, drain digs, site cuts, trenching, slashing and general hire tasks etc and understand levels
Have excellent work ethics, be self motivated, enthusiastic and have attention to detail
A Team Player with demonstrated commitment to natural area management and the environment
High attention to detail on machinery and maintenance
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Min 4 years’ experience
Relevant Tickets for Plant & Equipment as listed
MR truck license required
White / Blue Card (Construction Industry)
The successful candidate will be required to operate the following machines.
3T Excavator
6T Excavator
Skid Steers
Tractors
Forest Mower
Trucks
Outfront Mowers
Stump Grinder
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and good work ethic, safe work practices and priority towards safety.
Position is generally Monday to Friday between the hours 6:30am to 6:00pm on a casual basis with the possibility of leading to full-time upon strong performance in the role.
