EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY! Hansen haulage is a small family company seeking an experienced MC driver.
Due to being relatively new small company we require applicants to be over 25 with minimum 2 years experience for insurance reasons.
The main advertised roll is an interstate position departing on weekends predominantly between Melbourne-Sydney-Brisbane but not limited to other locations so flexibility is an advantage.
This is NOT a depot to depot job but in saying that you will be paid every kilometre you travel on the odometer and also hourly rate on multiple drops/pick up/waiting time ect.
The job is not overnight or express work so we don’t expect anyone to bust their tail come night time, also this is not a heavy work load job predominantly doing 1 Brisbane or 2 shorter trips weekly (Sydney or Adelaide) but extra local and country work is available at drivers requests if you like to stay busy
What we require from a successful applicant:
- experience with a non synchro road ranger gearbox
- knowledge of general freight which includes everything from straps and ratchets to chains and dogs and also occasional tarping
- you must be confident operating a b double forwards and backwards
- clean and tidy presentation of yourself and company vehicle
- BFM would be an advantage but not essential
- to beexperience with a non synchro road ranger gearbox

Please note and we can not stress this enough, this is not depot to depot and is multi drop freight work, sometimes you will may get held up or messed around but that it is transport not a fairy tail dream.
