Your new company Our client is a well-known, reputable and industry-leading organisation in the infrastructure sector. A rare opportunity has arisen for a temporary fleet administrator to come on board. Your new role As the fleet administrator, you will be responsible for: Provide outstanding customer service and support for fleet operations Build and manage relationships with the supply network Oversee fleet management services, including maintenance, finance, support, and investment Proactively engage with customers and respond to queries in a timely manner Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance for workshop operations Process timesheets, manage job cards, and raise work orders Support workshop managers and supervisors with administrative tasks Coordinate visitors, couriers, fuel tracking, and safety equipment checks What you’ll need to succeed To be successful you will have: Previous experience in a similar role as a fleet administrator / coordinator Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail The ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines Exceptional customer service skills What you’ll get in return In return, you will receive a temporary assignment with a well-known, reputable organisation with a great team culture and support will be provided.
