Boat and car transportation company seeking a reliable and trustworthy truck driver/yardman in the Gold Coast/Yatala area for immediate start.
We are seeking a reliable truck driver/yardman in the Gold Coast/Yatala area for immediate start.
What does the job consist of?
- Local and depot work
- Pick up/deliveries around Brisbane – boats/cars/caravans/camper trailers
- Weekly run from Brisbane to Townsville
- Safely transporting freight to and from required destinations
- Assisting with loading/unloading truck
- Motels are provided on weekly trip
- No waiting around for freight
- Competitive pay rate
- 5 days a week consistent work (8-12hrs day- some weekend work occasionally
What do we drive?
- New Isuzu tag trailer combinations
- Sterling semi and trailer
What qualifications are preferred?
- Current HC/MC Truck License
- Current Forklift Ticket
- Proven experience driving up and down the coast in a similar role
- Experience loading and unloading boats and cars (more than 2 years preferred)
- Clean driving record and be willing to provide a traffic history report, if required
What qualities do you require?

- Punctual and Reliable
- Sound knowledge of the Brisbane/Gold Coast Area
- Physically fit
This is a full time position for the right person after probation period.
