More than 25 years in operation producing premium organic and specialty stock feed for poultry, livestock, and pet industries. Role overview
Reports to the Operations team. Suits a reliable HC Driver who values consistency, safety, and working within a close-knit rural business. Ideal for someone who enjoys living locally on the Darling Downs and wants dependable, ongoing work without long-haul travel. Available to start as soon as the right candidate is secured.
Key responsibilities and duties
– Complete two daily loads from Pittsworth to Inglewood and return, five days per week
– Operate and maintain a single trailer semi in line with safety and company procedures
– Conduct routine pre-start and safety checks on vehicles and equipment
– Work independently while maintaining clear communication with operations staff
Selection criteria
– Current HC licence is essential
– Demonstrated commitment to safe driving and reliable work practices
– Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
– Must be locally based in or near Pittsworth or Inglewood (no accommodation provided)
Additional particulars
– Full-time, ongoing position
– Daily run: Pittsworth to Inglewood return (two loads per day)
– Existing single trailer semi, with a new Scania G Cab (650 HP) arriving within approximately four months
– Remuneration negotiable based on experience
– No accommodation provided — applicants must live locally
