Floating Images Hot Air Balloon Flights is urgently seeking 3 Casual Ground Support Crew Members to join our Ipswich-based team. You’ll support every stage of our hot air ballooning ground operations — from setup and pack down to driving 4WD support vehicles and assisting passengers.
This is a people-facing role. You’ll liaise with passengers and local landowners, so strong communication and a professional attitude are essential.
Local knowledge of the Ipswich region and its roads is a strong advantage, helping ensure smooth operations.
This is not your average driving job — it’s part of a professional aviation tourism operation delivering unforgettable hot air balloon flights over the Greater Brisbane region – Ipswich, Scenic Rim & Somerset regions.
Current Manual driver’s licence essential. Shifts begin between 4–6 am dependent on sunrise time, 3–4 hours per day across a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays. On field specific training provided.
