Due to continual growth of our organisation, we are seeking experienced MR/HR Delivery Driver to join our distribution team based in Oakleigh South, VIC.
About the role:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, it is a full time role offering great remuneration and an immediate start to the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop deliveries to Food service and QSR customer sites
- Loading trucks with electric pallet jack/forklift
- Unload trucks manually or sometime with electric pallet jack
- Must be able to drive manual as well as automatic transmission trucks.
- Ensure all deliveries are complete in an effective & efficient manner.
- Ensure all invoices are signed and complete all paperwork as per company\’s policy.
- Maintaining Company vehicle.
About you:
- Must possess a valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid.
- Must be available to start from 4am or 6am onwards (depends on the shift)
- Tailgate experience is advantageous for 4am QSR run
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Multi-drop experience with knowledge of the Melbourne suburbs preferable
- You are physically FIT and enjoy the physical nature of the job
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance and manual handling.
- Be flexible and self motivated.
