Job Summary
The position involves loading, transporting, unloading and tipping skip bins for the domestic, commercial and C&D industries. Being employed as a professional truck driver representing the company, you will be expected to know and obey the road rules, as well as drive in a safe and courteous manner.
Employment basis: Casual
Working hours: minimal starting, increasing to full work week for the right candidate
Essential Requirements
Have a good work ethic, can-do attitude, professional & polite, flexible & adaptable
Willing to set a good standard, willingness to grow your career with the company
Hold a valid QLD HR truck licence & 5 years HR experience
Experience of 1 year in skip bin industry, or 2 years in truck crane or crane rigging industry
Physically fit – safely climb on tray, secure loads, in/out of cab all day, etc.
Own PPE: Steel cap boots, Hi-vis shirt, safety sunnies, gloves,
Neat, tidy and organised – keep truck clean & organised, ensure loads & tarps are tidy
References from previous employers
Right to work in Australia, have own transport & good spoken English
