MC Driver – Carnarvon ( Centurion Transport )

Job Summary:

Centurion is a privately owned transport company with a long and successful history of delivering safe and environmentally-aware supply chain solutions to the mining, energy, construction and retail sectors. The Centurion depot in Carnarvon are currently seeking a resident MC Driver to join their team. Applicants must be residential or willing to relocate independently.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to: 

• Loading and unloading of general, over-dimensional, refrigerated and dangerous goods freight
• Securing and restraining loads in a safe manner as per operational requirements
• Carrying out vehicle pre-start checks
• Transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from customer sites and depots
• Ensuring all freight loaded matches the paperwork

You will need to possess the following to be successful in the role: 

• Current MC Driver’s license
• Demonstrated experience driving double and triple road trains
• Refrigeration and general freight experience
• Accredited forklift ticket
• Dangerous goods license
