SRV are currently looking for an Operations Allocator located in Sunshine West VIC Immediate start Melbourne

SRV Road freight is recognised as a Beverage & Retail logistics provider.
Servicing the eastern seaboard for over 20 years.
About the Role
• Located in Sunshine West Victoria
• Permanent position
• Planning scheduling & monitoring the loads and
unloading of freight
• Allocation of Freight, Drivers, Prime Mover & Trailers to
ensure safety and maximum vehicle utilisation.
• Managing daily operations with operations staff in
another state, as well as managing drivers to achieve
• Liaising with customers regarding loading & unloading.
• Processing & date entry of paper work
• Work with Drivers & Subcontractors in accordance with
Fatigue management. Systems & Processes.
• Management of fleet maintenance request with in-house
maintenance team.
• Participate in load forecasting, measurement and “Deliver
in full on time “Reporting
To be successful in this role up will need
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Complete computer skills
• Organisational skills & strong time management
• Ability to work alone & in a team when required
• Multitasking across a variety of work throughout the day
• Above average data entry & keyboard skills
• Proven understanding of fatigue management, mass
management systems
• Previous experiences in a relevant field
