Seeking HR driver to start immediately ( Done Deal Transport )

Done Deal Transport is a small but growing company. We began as a marble and granite transport, we have now expand our services into crane truck hire, forklift hire, and we have recently became the distribution for Smartstone. Our factory is currently based in Clayton South, but will soon move to a bigger purpose built premises in Moorabbin.

As a Done Deal Team Member, your role will primary include; delivery of marble and granite (both natural and reconstitute stone slabs) using a heavy rigid truck

Other parts of your role may include;

• Forklift driving; pallets delivery using a truck mounted forklift. 
• Loading/unloading trucks
• For team member with crane experience; using the crane to lift variety of objects from ground level or on truck up to 4th floor building.
• General truck maintenance duties (truck must be washed twice a week), weekly check around the truck and report any issues. All our trucks are well maintained both inside and out, and we expect our team member to look after the trucks. Therefore trucks must be washed twice a week, regular check around the truck, and report any issues.

At this stage this role is based out of Clayton South, this exciting opportunity is for a full time position. Your day will start between 6AM – 7AM and currently there is no weekend work.

To be perfect fit for this role you must;

• Have exceptional customer service standards
• Have minimum 2 years truck driving experience
• Have a current forklift license
• Have crane experience (preferable but not mandatory)
• A clean driving record – recent VICRoads print out required
• Be energetic and have a reasonable level of fitness
• Be available for an immediate start
• Be willing to undertake duties other than truck driving
• Be punctual and organized
