We are pleased to offer a full time position as a Machine Operator and Person of First Impressions at Ecotrans Pty Ltd. With a focus on our customers, you will be required to operate plant and machinery and assist in activities to effect collections and disposal of construction waste, maintain the good order of equipment, maintain efficiency in the workplace and exceed expectations of current and future clients. As a small business we would be seeking a person who may wish to grow into a sound management career, ie. scheduling jobs, dealing with customers, organising equipment maintenance etc.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
* Operating truck mounted knuckle crane (Hiab)
* Operating machines (Skid Steer & Mini Loaders)
* Operating heavy vehicles (HR N/S)
* Operating forklift
To be successful for this role, you MUST:
- Have proven experience as a machine operator (Skid Steer, Mini Loaders, Knuckle Crane, Truck Driving, Plant Trailer Towing)
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Have FULL working rights
- Able to do morning shifts – 7.00am starts
- Have proven reliability
In addition the candidate MUST have:
- Skid Steer / excavator licensing / competency
- HR N/S license (Road Ranger)
- First aid certificate (highly regarded)
- White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
