iTrafic is seeking versatile TMA Operators who are also confident driving pod trucks and assisting with spray seal traffic setups on days when a TMA is not required. This is a long-term opportunity for committed individuals with experience in regional spray seal operations. The role offers consistent, ongoing work with the expectation of supporting both mobile TMA operations and static traffic setups as needed. Applicants must be reliable, safety-focused, and keen to work across a variety of tasks. Some LAHA (Living Away from Home Allowance) weeks will be required on a semi-regular basis as projects move across regional Victoria.
