Tailored Freight is seeking an experienced Transport Forklift operator to join our Melbourne Market Epping team.
Tailored Freight is a leading transporter in the refridgerated Fruit & Vegetable industry based at the Melbourne Market, Epping.
We have a small but busy and professional team.
Tailored Freight has a strong commitment to safety, customer service and staff training.
Job Duties include:
* Loading and unloading Vehicles.
* Gating and Strapping loads.
* Driving to client warehouses to pick up product for loading.
* Preparation and management of paperwork for the trucks loads.
* Liase and give direction to truck drivers.
* Comunicate with DC's regarding time slots.
* Understand weight distributions and weight axles.
This position is casual but a more permanent positioin is a possibility.
Late afternoon or evening start times.
Plenty of opportuinty for the extra shifts.
Full training given
You must be have a current forklift licence. Physically fit and able, reliable and willing to learn.
