We are seeking a Truck Driver, based in Melbourne, VIC.
– The successful applicant needs to have a good driving history, and a can-do friendly attitude when servicing customers in all industries.
– Safety is regarded as a high priority within all tasks of this role. OH&S minded.
– Vic roads check will be performed.
– Punctual and Reliable, Quick thinking and Problem solving,
– Well Presented and able to read and write.
Your primary tasks will be:
-Delivery of skip bins ranging in size of 2 to 6 cubic metres.
-Tipping loaded bins at landfills and recycling centres.
-Able to distinguish and describe types of waste and recyclable material.
-Dealing face to face with customers.
-Receiving jobs via phone and text communications.
-Opportunity for overtime work and Saturday mornings (if needed)
-Minimum 1-year experience driving trucks / Skip Bin in the Waste Disposal and Recycling industries.
-Manual truck driving licence required.
