Job description
Sterling Parts are a car parts importer and wholesaler located at Smithfield. We are currently looking for a reliable warehouse picker/packer to work full time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Requirement:
– Work efficiently, independently and reliably
– Be able to carry and lift at least 20kg
– Punctuality and good attendance is a must
– Strong work ethic
Duties include:
– Receiving and dispatch, including checking off and inspecting goods
– Unloading containers
– Picking and packing for dispatch
– Raising connotes and booking transport
– Maintain stocks of packing materials
– General housekeeping and warehouse duties as directed
Skills & Experience:
– Basic data entry skills and computer literacy
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Customer service and good people skills
– Physically fit for manual handling tasks (20kg)
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Trustworthy and honest
– Ability to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner
– Punctual with the right attitude to get the job done
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
