Benelec Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, experienced candidate to join our Botany complex. Our core business operations include manufacturing, importing and distribution of wireless communication products.
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following Competencies & Responsibilities:
-Physically Fit (some heavy lifting)
-Receipting and Checking all inward/outward goods
-Maintaining inventory accuracy
-Packing orders and dispatching products in a timely manner
-Documentation of goods return and repairs
-Unpacking and Checking shipments
-Rotating warehouse stock as required
-Undertaking minor repairs of a handyman nature as required
-Running errands, making deliveries and picking up goods as required
-General cleaning and tiding up elsewhere than in the warehouse as required
-Able to work mostly autonomously but also in a team environment with sales and admin staff
-Keeping the warehouse space clean and tidy
-Ability to comprehend and implement procedures
-Compliance with company occupational health and safety policy and procedures
-Fork Lift driving
-Drive a truck over 4T GVM
You have the following skills and experience:
-Previous experience in a similar role and environment
-Basic computer literacy
-Good organisational skills
-Must have a valid current Forklift licence, preferably HL and proven experience.
-Must have a valid current Driving Licence, preferably HR or MR.
-Must have permanent residency
-Must be reliable and have good attention to detail
-Must have a positive “can do” attitude
Salary is negotiable depending on the individual suitability.
A competitive salary, plus super is on offer for the right candidate.
This is a permanent full time position subject to an acceptable six month trial period.
