Shaw's currently have a position available for a yard hand to help within the Darwin Depot.
Your duties include but are not limited to;
• Loading and unloading customers, trailers and other vehicles
• Weighing and cubing freight
• Ensuring loads are securely restrained
• Generally helping in the depot where required
We require someone who has;
• A Forklift licence
• Prior loading experience
• Experience in load restraints.
A HR Drivers licence with a clear driving record will be highly regarded but not essential. A stable employment history and prior experience in Transport, Freight and Logistics will also be well regarded.
As Shaw's operate a drug and alcohol free work place, a pre-employment medical and random drug testing will be required.
