Yard Person / Wash Bay Attendant relief
National Transport Company requires experienced yard staff members to join our team at Wingfield depot.
In line with our growth plans, Booth Transport has established itself as a key player within the Interstate Transport scene. We provide our clients integrated transport solutions for their movement of goods utilising modes such as Road, Rail and Sea.
We can provide a stable long term career, working for a family owned and run transport company. If you get a sense of achievement through getting the job done, can work independently and as part of a team then we would like to hear from you.
You will need to be highly organised.
We require a candidate with:
- Previous Transport experience (preferred)
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of DG and Food grade (HACCP) requirements
- Punctual, flexible and team orientated
- 'Hands on' nature
- Motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Current drivers licence and High Risk – Forklift licence essential
- Loading and unloading experience
- Truck drivers licence is an advantage
- Order picking skills and
- Container / slip sheeting experience essential
