Engaged to oversee initial 3 depot trial period prior to complete rollout of DriveCam system within BP Company operated fleet.
Key components to this role were to develop workplace procedures, depot managers and drivers operating manuals, training programs prior to their implementation. Once successful, we rolled it out depot by depot in conjunction with the installation of the DriveCam units in the vehicles. This was all completed ahead of schedule.
Selected Achievements:
? Identifying behaviours and driving patterns common to various areas around the country and highlighting these with the driver groups resulting in modification of their behaviour.
? Highlighting blackspot areas to make drivers more aware of their day-to-day environment.
? Overseeing and educating the depot managers to better be able to train and up skill their drivers.
? Transition entire logistics team to various 3PL contractors across Australia.

Engaged after a series of workplace accidents found this company needing to reassess their approach to safety. There had recently been a take-over of the P&O business and there was a need to provide a uniform framework for HSE.
Selected Achievements:
? Risk assessed and implemented traffic management program for Qube Warf Site and multiple warehouses.
? Reviewed all current OH&S Systems within both Qube and P&O to amalgamate both into a framework of safety systems allowing them to become compliant with all OH&S regulations.
