Reliable truck drivers & skilled final trim operators needed for civil construction projects in Toowoomba, Gold Coast & Ipswich.
Earthbound Civil Pty Ltd has a busy finish to 2025 and a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026. We’re looking to grow our team with reliable, skilled and motivated people who take pride in what they do.
Upcoming and ongoing positions available for:
Truck Drivers – Minimum HC Licence (Road Ranger or Auto)
Final Trim Operators – Prominent Excavator and Posi/Bobcat Company
Current and upcoming projects are based in Toowoomba, the Gold Coast, and Ipswich.
About the Work:
We’re a civil construction business that runs small, tight-knit crews (3–7 team members depending on the site). With local work, you will be exposed to a variety of different projects ranging from building pads and carparks, basement digs, warehouses, retirement villages, small subdivision cut and fill to prep, to grow your skills and keep life interesting. You’ll be working alongside reputable builders and are expected to complete works safely, efficiently, and within project timeframes.
