We are a family owned and operated Coach Charter Company.
We currently have a number of Casual positions available for reliable flexible and customer focused individuals to join our team as Bus and Coach Charter Drivers based in the Canberra / Queanbeyan area.
Our fleet is modern with a total of 20 coaches ranging from 27 to 34 seat mini coaches and 48-65 seat coaches.
The work ranges from local school excursions, camp transfers, education tours, overnight and extended tours.
We are flexible with our rostering to meet our drivers personal needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive customer experience for everyone who travels with you
- Ensuring safety for you and your passengers
- Building effective working relationships with your fellow drivers and other members of the team.
- Managing your time well and being reliable and punctual in performance of your role
- Conducting effective pre-departure procedures and checklists
- Performing minor mechanical repairs to the coach in emergency/breakdown situations
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills
- Previous Experience in coach driving
- A minimum MR Licence / preferable HR Licence
- Drivers Authority (ACT and or NSW)
- Pride in your appearance and a professional approach to your work
- Reliability and flexibility to do shiftwork and travel to remote locations
- To know and undertake your work in line with safe work practices
Required licence or certification:
- Minimum MR Licence / preferable HR Licence and Drivers Authority
