Casual/Full-time truck operator needed for hydro excavation company in Mackay. No experience necessary, training provided.
Position Vacant, Flexible Start Date
Groundvac currently have an opportunity and are looking for the right person to join our team, casual to full-time vac truck operator, no experience necessary and all training provided.
Positive attitude, cleanliness, honesty and reliability are non-negotiables.
Groundvac are an industry leading local Mackay hydro excavation company, servicing local and interstate civil, electrical, and construction companies, ports, surrounding mining companies and of course local trades.
We are looking for a hard worker who is honest, keen, fit, reliable and not afraid of hard work and getting dirty.
As part of our safety requirements, you will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test regularly.
Must have current MR truck license at a minimum, HR preferred and own transport.
Must have construction card, a coal board medical and mining inductions would be an advantage but not a requirement.
We are only looking for a local worker from Mackay, we do travel out to various mines on occasions but usually not for more than a day or 2.
The company’s main role is exposing underground services and excavations but also do service locating, drain cleaning, septic removal and constant maintenance on all equipment.
