Due to recent growth Centurion is searching for a Crane Operator to join the team in Emerald.

About the Role
Due to recent growth Centurion is searching for a Crane Operator to join the team in Emerald. This role will provide professional and safe crane and lifting services with a commitment to safety and quality within the workplace.
Duties
- Develop the skills to safely operate a non slew crane
- Develop the skills to complete Dogging and Rigging duties as required
- Undertake the required training in order to operate a fork-lift
- Deliver freight to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Load and unload general freight in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant OH&S standards
- Warehousing and yard operations including the receiving, dispatching, distributing, sorting, checking, documenting and recording of goods, materials and components.
- Lashing and unlashing of cargo on vehicles and trailers etc.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- HR Drivers Licence
- Complete required training to obtain a high-risk licence (Forklift, Dogging, Non Slew Crane)
- Ability to comply with client and company safety policies and procedures
- Develop a sound knowledge of road transport legislation including fatigue management, permit requirements and operating conditions.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
