Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, its a Part Time position that involves direct dealing with the customers on day to day basis
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, its a Part Time position ( Up to 40 hours per week) that involves direct dealing with the customers on day to day basis and someone who has driven around the Sydney CBD region and has manual license with past experience as a delivery driver would be an ideal candidate for this.
Your day to day routine will look something like this:
- Multi-drop work (25-30 drops p/day) to customer sites including handloading/unloading.
- Ensure all deliveries are complete in an effective & efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
- Ensure all invoices are signed and complete all paperwork as per company’s policy
- Checking of orders and raising discrepancy (if any).
- Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
- Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.
All about you:
- Must possess a valid license.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a delivery driver in meat, produce, foodservice or similar industry.
- Display a high degree of customer service excellence.
- Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance and manual handling.
- Ability to learn a broad range of products quickly.
- Good knowledge of Sydney CBD region.
- Ability to deal with customer feedback
- Provide licence history report.
- Good attention to detail
