The Role:
We are currently seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our expanding team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you\’ll operate heavy machinery, including trucks, bobcats, and excavators, with a primary focus on pool digging and other excavation tasks.
A Heavy Rigid Truck licence, along with Bobcat and Excavator licences, is essential, as well as a White Card.
This position involves day shifts starting at 6:30 am, with overtime as required.
This is initially a Casual role with competitive pay rates based on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
– Perform pool digs and other excavation tasks with precision.
– Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
– Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in operating mobile plant, particularly excavators.
– A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– A Heavy Rigid Truck Licence.
– Valid High Risk LF Licence (desirable).
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
– Punctual, reliable, and able to work day shifts with potential for overtime.
– Ability to maintain fitness for work, including passing drug and alcohol screens.
