We are a family owned and run transport company located in Dandenong South specialising in the cartage of dangerous goods both locally and interstate. Due to recent growth we have 3 full time positions available for experienced transport operators.
The Role
- Melbourne – Sydney line haul based in Southeast Suburbs
- Minimal delivery work
- Communication with office and depot operations
- Maintain a high standard of presentation
- Coupling & uncoupling of trailers
- Some load restraint required
- Accurate completion of all paperwork and records
The ideal person
- Must hold a current B Double and Bulk Dangerous Goods Licence
- Be self motivated and a forward thinker
- Have a high level of presentation with an excellent driving history
- Be flexible and prepared to exceed the customers expectations
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift license an advantage
