BLUSA is excited to offer truck driving opportunities for both permanent work and contract work (seasonal - once off - or ongoing every year if it suits your lifestyle!)
We offer above award rates, driver incentive programs, and genuine support in seeing you succeed within the role.
We offer a driver to attend the initial runs with you until you state that you feel confident with the runs.
We have up to date equipment with a Scania fleet. Our oldest truck in the yard is 4 years old. Each truck is attributed to the needs of a run, so there is no need to worry about having a truck that is older simply because you are a new employee, the “hierarchy” that sometimes occurs in other yards, does not occur here.
We are a team, and are looking for drivers that genuinely want to be apart of a team environment. We believe that your work day ends when you leave the yard, and want all of our drivers to feel like they have worked a genuine happy work shift.
Community safety is really important to BLU Logistics Solutions and we adhere to all NHVR regulations as well as general road rules.
What is the role?
- Rotating day and night time roster.
- Picking up milk from farms and delivering to factories.
- Some runs require overnight stays, so please advise on application if your preference is not to do these runs and your preference is local runs only.
- Different options available for employment (seasonal full time work September through to January or permanent full time).

- A good driving history
Obey road rules; fatigue management, zero alcohol and drug use, no use of phone whilst driving etc
Observation and adherence to duty of disclosure of use of prescription medication (as may occur from time to time) so that operational management can continue to ensure the safety of community. (There is zero tolerance for any discrimination in the work place as a result of any disclosures made – our priority is the safety of our drivers and the community.)
