Experienced heavy vehicle mechanic/Diesel Mechanic needed for family-owned transport company in Park Ridge.
CNQ Freight Services is a family owned and operated Transport & Logistics Company based in Park Ridge, Logan.
We are currently seeking an experienced heavy vehicle mechanic/Diesel Mechanic to join our passionate team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
– Mechanical Trade Certificate (Plant Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic)
– Cummins Experience Essential
– Experience with servicing and carrying out preventative maintenance on a fleet of European & American Trucks, as well Tautliner and Flattop Trailers.
– Ability to work autonomously and along-side management.
– Experience with Interpreting diagnostics & troubleshooting.
– Experience with carrying out responsibilities under NHVR & WH&S.
– Ability to keep the workshop area stocked, tidy and safe.
– HR license (Highly Desirable)
– Welding Experience (Highly Desirable)
– Responsible, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and reliable.
