MC Truck Drivers (Mt Gambier, Penola, Melbourne, Warrnambool) - hay/grain/milk/refrigerated/tautliner/livestock. Above-award pay $75k–$150k, rostered shifts, benefits, safety-focused.

We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate.
We are currently seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier, Penola, Melbourne or Warrnambool.
Roles Available:
– Hay cartage within Victoria and Southeast South Australia
– Grain cartage within Victoria and Southeast South Australia
– MC milk tanker farm pick-up in Southeast South Australia
– Refrigerated transport from Warrnambool – Melbourne
– MC tautliner driver
– Livestock transport
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
– MC licence with a proven competent and compliant driving history
– Competency in manual Road Ranger gearboxes
– Well-presented with good communication
– Ability to work independently in various environments
– Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation
– Responsible for the upkeep of driver and company documents after each trip
– Ability to operate heavy vehicles in challenging environments, with a focus on safety and precision
– Proactive, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Dedicated to upholding safety standards and maintaining your vehicle to the highest standards
– Dependable and ready to commit to the rostered schedule
– Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, day shift and night shift on a rotating roster
– Must have full working rights in Australia

Salary Range: $75,000-$150,000 pa + Super
