We are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator for our Parkwood Location in Ingleburn Sydney. Must be living in Australia. (No applications from overseas.)

Radiant Enterprise NSW Pty Ltd, established in 1989 is a manufacturer of metal door frames, timber solid core doors, lightweight engineered doors, fire rated doors, lead lined doors, acoustic doors and metal clad doors as well as door hardware and installation.
THE ROLE
Objectives and tasks
– Responsibility for a minimum of 5 (five) major projects per year (Projects
over 300 door sets)
– Involved in the winning and running of these projects
– Coordinating with the estimation team
– Negotiating commercially with the client
– Ensure the contract is within guidelines
– Ensure that specs and all relevant details are documented as per norms
(New Job creation sheet, etc.)
– Ensure that shop drawings for frames and doors are done in a timely
manner and signed off by the client
– Ensure that Hardware schedule is done and approved by the client
– Ensure that frames and doors are put into manufacture in a timely manner
(in accordance with factory lead times)
– Ensure that hardware is ordered in a timely manner (in accordance with
supplier lead times)
– Ensure that installers are booked in and available
– Visit site(s) as required to ensure the smooth running of projects
– Complete reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
– Minimise any risks to the business by ensuring all activities are done in
accordance with the contract signed with the client
– Ensure invoicing targets are met
– Other tasks that may reasonably be required of you by Management
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Required/Essential
– Effective communication (in person, phone and written, e.g. email)
– Microsoft XL and Word (High level of proficiency)
– Measurement and calculation
– Well presented
– Ability to think objectively
– Ability to problem-solve
– Team player
– Current drivers licence
– Must be living in Australia (the position is in Ingleburn Sydney)
